Brandon Ridenour

Owner/General Manager

Brandon grew up in Lovington, New Mexico and has been friends with his co-owner, Brian Urlacher, since age 8. He was awarded an athletic scholarship to Eastern New Mexico University and graduated in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. To earn extra money, Brandon also worked in landscaping during his high school and college years and thoroughly enjoys the outdoors. Having relocated to the mid-west for a coaching opportunity, he served as a high school athletic director and basketball coach for 10 years. Brandon also earned his master’s degree in education from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2011. Married with three children, he also has family ties in the Valley and returned to Phoenix in 2014 to manage the company. Brandon appreciates quality family time and is an avid sports fan, especially basketball and the Chicago Cubs. His hobbies include fishing, golf, and family vacations to both domestic and international destinations.

Brian Urlacher


Originally from Lovington, New Mexico, Brian is well-known for his 13-year career with the Chicago Bears as an all-pro linebacker. Both during and after a distinguished college football background at the University of New Mexico, Brian has received numerous awards for his athletic abilities on the gridiron. In 2013, Brian retired from football and became involved in several business and charitable ventures along with his duties as a sportscaster. Brian initially moved to Arizona in 2006 with his two daughters and sought a business opportunity in the valley that would complement his other endeavors, yet accommodate his limited time availability. With his lifelong friend Brandon, the two partners formed 2B’s Enterprises, recognized the potential of the landscaping industry in Phoenix, and purchased the company in 2014. Brian is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling to and participating in many different golfing events and charities. He also meets with potential new and existing customers, handles media events, and is involved with various conferences and promotions to develop new business for the company.

Andrew Roberts

Director of Operations

Andrew is a native Arizonan and manages client services, directs daily operations, and handles project management for the company. Having prior supervisory experience as an estimator and project manager with another landscape design and installation company, Andrew brings a wealth of industry experience to the company. He holds a contractor’s license, is a certified spray technician and is currently working on becoming a certified arborist. Married with two sons, Andrew enjoys anything outdoors including camping, hunting, and ATV’s. He also enjoys football and is an Arizona Cardinals fan.

Dominic Guevara

Field Maintenance Supervisor

Dominic started his landscaping career in 2009 and is a native Phoenician. A graduate of Mesa High School, he is devoted to his family and prides himself on being ambitious and a hard-worker. Dominic loves plants and trees and spending time after work around his own home taking care of personal landscaping projects. An avid football fan, he spends time going to Arizona Cardinals games during the season. Dominic is the ultimate family man and most people are surprised when he shares that fact that he has 10 children, 4 of which are now living at home.

Kari Petterson

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

A life-long Arizonan, Kari grew up in and around the agriculture and nursery industry with a deep love of living green things.  Having worked in the family nursery and run her family’s landscape business with her brother, she brings talent and experience to our residential installation department and brings you the monthly maintenance newsletter.

Laura Baez

Office Manager

Originally from Mesa, Laura and her husband now raise their two children in Queen Creek. Her experience and sense of organization are a perfect fit to manage our behind-the-scenes needs.  Family time at Laura’s house has them at football practice and games and cheer practice and competitions.
